1. Who can take the test?
Students aged 16 and above are eligible to take the test.
2. How much does it cost to book the test?
To book the test students should pay $210-220 (including bank charge) but with Access Education Network, you can get it done at $180 USD only.
3. What are the available PTE test dates?
The test dates are available all year round.
4. When can I schedule the tests?
In case the dates are available, you can even book a date for the PTE test 24 hours before the exam.
5. How is the score measured in the PTE test?
PTE score is calculated on a scale of 10 and 90.
6. How many times can I take the examination?
There are no restrictions when it comes to taking the test. You may retake as many times as you like.
7. How much time should I expect to wait for the results?
Your test results will be delivered to you within 24 hours to 5 business days.
8. How long are the test results valid?
The test result will be valid for two years.
9. Does it cost any charge to cancel a PTE exam?
If you cancel your booking 14 days before the examination date, you will receive a full refund.
You will receive a 50% refund fee if you cancel in less than 14 days but at least 7 full calendar days before the examination date.
If you cancel it less than 7 calendar days before the examination, you will not receive any refund.

10. How to register for the PTE exam?
For PTE exam registration, first, you must create an account by visiting their official website https://www.pearsonpte.com/. After successfully creating an account, you must cautiously fill up all your personal information based on your passport. The next step is to select the available test dates and centers at your convenience. Test payments can be made through a bank or you can pay it yourself if you have a dollar card. You will receive an email confirmation after the payment is completed.

PTE is recognized in many countries worldwide that require English proficiency tests. Major student destinations that accept PTE test certification include the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, and Denmark.
12. Should you take the PTE or the IELTS?
Both the PTE and the IELTS are English language proficiency tests that are valued equally and evaluated to be equally challenging. IELTS is a paper-based test that has recently begun to offer computer-based tests with manual scoring. The PTE is entirely computer-based, and it is evaluated by automated software.
